Clendening History of Medicine Library and Museum The Clendening History of Medicine Library and Museum is the rare books and manuscripts library of the University of Kansas Medical Center. We actively collect rare books as well as current works in the history of medicine, nursing, and the allied professions. The Library also supports the biomedical ethics and medical humanities curriculum by collecting contemporary secondary works in these areas. Under the auspices of its Museum, the Library also owns hundreds of medical artifacts.
The Library annually acquires about 600 monographs (view recently acquired titles) and subscribes to about 40 journals.
The Library recently launched the Digital Clendening which includes eight separate digital image collections.

Oskar Diethelm Library - History of Pshychiatry The Oskar Diethelm Library is a special collection devoted to the history of psychiatry. It is part of Weill Medical College's Institute for the History of Psychiatry and includes approximately 50,000 titles in English, French, and German dealing with psychiatry, psychology, psychoanalysis, mesmerism, spiritualism, phrenology, witchcraft and related topics. Journal holdings include long back runs of psychiatric journals as well as current journals dealing with the history of medicine, psychiatry and psychology. Archival holdings include the papers and manuscripts of numerous organizations and individuals.

La propuesta concreta de Redalyc se materializa en la creación, diseño y mantenimiento de una hemeroteca científica en línea de libre acceso , que funciona como punto de encuentro para todos aquellos interesados en reconstruir el conocimiento científico de y sobre Iberoamérica. Este portal de Internet —que es la parte más visible de este esfuerzo— fue abierto formalmente al público en el mes de octubre del año 2002, como parte de una iniciativa derivada de un grupo de investigadores y editores preocupados por la escasa visibilidad de los resultados de investigación generados en y sobre la región.

Perseus Digital Library Project Perseus is a practical experiment in which we explore possibilities and challenges of digital collections in a networked world. Its mission is to help make the full record for humanity as intellectually accessible as possible to every human being, providing information adapted to as many linguistic and cultural backgrounds as possible. Their work in the 2008-09 academic year focuses upon the three most widespread classical languages of the Mediterranean world: Greek, Latin, and Arabic.
